How should I care for clothing with patches?

To keep your items in great condition, we recommend:

  • washing at 30°C;
  • turning the garment inside out before washing;
  • avoiding tumble drying;
  • ironing on low heat and never directly on the patch.

Proper care will help your hoodie or T-shirt maintain its shape and appearance.

Do you offer custom patches or personalization?

At the moment, we only offer our existing designs. We may add customization options in the future.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, you can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
Customized items (if applicable) cannot be returned.

How do I start a return?

Contact us via email or through our contact form.
We will provide return instructions and the correct return address.
Once we receive and check your item, we will process your refund or exchange.

How long does it take to prepare my order?

We typically need 1–2 days to prepare your order before shipping.
This includes processing, quality checks, and careful packaging.
You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order is on its way.

How long does shipping take?

We currently ship only within the Netherlands.
Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days.
Exact delivery estimates will be shown during checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept commonly used payment methods within the Netherlands, including:

  • other secure local payment options shown at checkout

All payments are processed through a secure checkout system.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can update the size, change the address, or cancel the order.
Please contact us as soon as possible — we ship orders quickly.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Please take a photo of the issue and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost.

How can I track my order?

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
